I have two 13 year old teenagers and a 17 year old and we have been to Disney before. We know the Dining plan is definitely worth it for us. However, I am Diabetic and can't always eat an entire meal in one sitting. Can we share table service meals?

    Hi Chris!

So happy to hear that you will be visiting again! The Dining Plans are a great way to save money and plan your meals! I too can never quite eat an entire meal and end up sharing plates. The way the Dining Plans  work is that you get a certain number of credits (depending on the plan you choose) per day. When you dine at one of the table service restaurants, the server will ask if anyone is on the Dining Plan. Basically, for each meal ordered they will charge a credit. You can share meals only if the restaurants is not a buffet. It is important to keep in mind that some restaurants will charge two credits per meal as well as the Dinner shows. For more information on the dining plans, please visit this page: Disney Dining Plans.

It has been a pleasure assisting you! If I can recommend a restaurant or a resort for your upcoming visit, please feel free to send your questions my way!

Thanks again for sending your questions to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
