Ahoy there, Laura-Lynn! Welcome to planDisney. My son was two when we went on our first Disney Cruise vacation, and I remember how excited we both were to step onboard the
Disney Magic. Now, you have more choices when it comes to cruising to the Bahamas, in addition to the Disney Magic: the
Disney Wish,
Disney Destiny,
Disney Dream, and
Disney Fantasy.
All U.S. Citizens, including children, have two
citizenship documentation options when sailing on a cruise that originates from and ends in the United States:
- A valid U.S. passport, passport card, or Trusted Traveler Card
- An original state-issued birth certificate (if a Guest is at least 16 years old, a physical government-issued photo ID is also required to be shown with the original birth certificate)
From photo opportunities with your
favorite Disney characters on the ship to fun in the sun on
Castaway Cay, there will be so much for you and your son to do once you step onboard Disney Cruise Line. My
planDisney pals and I are here to answer any additional questions as you continue your planning. Sail back to see us, Laura-Lynn!
Adventure is out there!
