Hello, I have a two year old and we are going to Disney World next week. I would like to purchase a wrist band for myself, should I also purchase one for my son?

    Greetings, Akiya!

Congratulations on your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, next week. It's always exciting to hear about a fellow Guest's pixie-dusted visit. Hooray!

MagicBands aren't just fun, they're well, magical. When linked to your My Disney Experience account, they can access your theme park admission tickets, FastPass+ selections and even save your Disney's PhotoPass Service memories. Plus they make the perfect Disney style addition to your wardrobe. If you'd like to buy one for your 2-year-old simply for looks, go ahead, but because he does not require theme park admission or FastPass+ selections, there really isn't any need for him to have one. My daughter insisted on one at that age to be like the rest of the family and the Cast Members all played along and even let her tap it at the FastPass+ touch points. She squealed with delight every time.

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Akiya, and please let us know if there is anything else we are able to assist you with.

    Magical Wishes,
