It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Linda!
Wow, how lucky to have two Walt Disney World Resort vacations coming up to look forward to! Going a few times a year gives you the chance to see the theme parks change with the seasons, and
Epcot is going to be especially beautiful when you visit this spring during the
Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival. Make sure to grab a Frozen Desert Violet Lemonade from the Pineapple Promenade outdoor kitchen when you're there! Speaking of delicious drinks, I'm happy to walk you through what kind of beverages are included when you're using the
Disney Dining Plan.
One of the things I love most about the Dining Plan is how it is always evolving based on what guests want. Every time I use it, it keeps getting better! Recently the selection on the plan has grown to include the choice of an alcoholic beverage for guests over the age of 21 when you redeem either a Quick-Service or a Table-Service credit. That means, to answer your question, yes! You can absolutely choose an alcoholic beverage if you're enjoying a meal at a Quick-Service location that serves alcohol. You can usually get something like beer, wine, or a specialty cocktail if there's one available! If the location you're dining at doesn't serve alcohol or you're feeling like something different, you can also try a milkshake or cool specialty drink. There are lots of flexible ways to use your credits when you're on the Disney Dining Plan!
I hope this answers your questions, Linda, and let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacations.
