I have two upcoming hotel reservations. One in February at the Riviera, and one in April at Saratoga Springs. In the app and online, only the April/Saratoga Springs reservation shows up. How can I link/view the February Riviera reservation?

    Howdy Kimberley,

Welcome to planDisney! I might be a tad jealous of you - you have two upcoming trips to Walt Disney World! How cool is that? I love that you’re staying at different resorts; you’ll get to have two totally different experiences during your stays. I’m happy to help answer your important question.

You certainly can (and should) link your February stay at Disney’s Riviera Resort in your My Disney Experience app. To do this, you’ll need your resort reservation confirmation number. You can find it in your confirmation email. Once you have that, log into your My Disney Experience app, tap on the main menu in the lower right corner (☰), then tap My Plans. Under the “Is Anything Missing?” section near the bottom, tap Link Admission, Reservations or Purchases, then tap Type ID. Scroll down to Resort Reservation and enter your Riviera confirmation number and the last name on your reservation. From there, you should be all set!

The awesome part about linking your hotel reservation now is that you will be able to purchase Lightning Lane passes 7 days before your arrival date. Because both of your stays will be at deluxe resorts, you’ll also be able to take advantage of Early Theme Park Entry daily as well as Extended Evening Hours on select nights. Check the Disney World Hours & Events Calendar to see when Extended Evening Hours are scheduled.

Staying at the Riviera is very cool because you’ll have easy access to Disney’s Skyliner transportation system. These aerial gondolas offer a very scenic way to get from your resort to Hollywood Studios, EPCOT’s International Gateway and Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. Getting around will be a literal breeze; no pixie dust required! While you have fantastic dining options available at the Riviera, there are some pretty great options a short hop away at Caribbean Beach Resort as well such as Sebastian’s Bistro and Centertown Market if you feel like venturing out during your stay.

I hope this information was helpful, Kimberley. I’m also hoping that you enjoy your time at Disney World. If you need any additional help with planning, come on back and let us know. We’ll see ya real soon!

    Magically yours,
    Sakinah
