Hi! I have two unused WDW 3 day base tickets in my account and I would like to assign one ticket to a different person.

    Hi Meg,
Thanks for your bringing your question about reassigning park tickets to planDisney. Your arrival at Walt Disney World Resort is just around the riverbend. I hope you're ready to paint with all the EARidescent colors of the wind during The World's Most Magical Celebration. Be sure to check out all of the incredible eats and treats associated with this 50th-anniversary party.

You included several keywords in your question, Meg, that will help me help you. Since your Walt Disney World tickets are unused, you can reassign them to another individual. Since the tickets are already linked to your My Disney Experience account, this will be a fairly simple task. You'll first need to make sure the person you will be reassigning the ticket to is visible on your Family and Friends list in My Disney Experience. Here are the steps to completing this task in the My Disney Experience mobile app:

    1. Click the three small, horizontal lines found on the bottom right of your home screen.
    2. Scroll down and click "My Profile."
    3. Scroll down and click "Show My Linking Code."
    4. Have your friend open their My Disney Experience app, access their profile, click the "Family and Friends List," click "Add a Guest," and finally "Scan their linking code."
    5. Have your friend scan your linking code with their phone or send them a screenshot of your code so they can enter the code manually.

Once your friend appears on your Family and Friends list, here are the steps to reassign your ticket in the My Disney Experience app:

    1. Click on the three, small horizontal lines at the bottom right of the app's home screen.
    2. Click "Tickets and Passes."
    3. Scroll to the ticket you wish to reassign, then click "Reassign Ticket," which appears directly below the ticket image.
    4. From there, select the member of your Family and Friends list to whom you would like to reassign the ticket.
    5. Let your friend know your ticket has been reassigned and prepare for pixie dust to fly; you have officially shared the magic!

I also recommend sharing the 50th Celebration Cinnamon Roll, now available at Main Street Bakery in Magic Kingdom park. If you'd like to share any other questions with planDisney before, during, or after your trip, we're all EARS!

    Choose magic,
    Jennifer
