If two unrelated people are staying in the same room and both have the regular dining plan, can credits used at a table service restaurant be deducted from each individual rather than from the room? Would this also be true for a family of 4?

    Howdy Janice!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  Thank you for sharing your dining question with us!  I love the variety of Disney Dining Plans.  Disney does a great job of designing their plans to accommodate the way many guests vacation.

With each Disney Dining Plan, the guests in each room will be given a number of entitlements per person, per night, for meals and snacks.  The entitlements can be distributed among the guests in that room; however, the guests choose to use them.  I had a similar situation a few months ago, and each guest would keep track of their snacks, quick-services, and table-services.  I recommend dividing up your entitlements and each person keeping their own tally.

The Walt Disney World resort is currently offering the new Disney Dining Plan Plus.  This plan is excellent and offers incredible flexibility.  With this Disney Dining Plan, you will have two table-services, two quick-services, or one table service and one quick-service per person, per night of your stay.   You can use your meal entitlements in any combination you choose.  You will also have two snacks per person, per night and one refillable mug per person.  This might be an excellent option for your vacation in October.

There are so many new and exciting things on the horizon for 2020 and 2021!  I know you would like to stay informed of everything!  Check out the Disney Parks Blog regularly for all up-to-date information.  Also, if you have any more questions, please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  We love to help, Janice!
