We have two trips planned to Disney one in November 2018 and again in June 2019. We are going to purchase non resident annual passes and was wondering when will they go in effect, the date of purchase or first date of use?

    Hi Robert,

How exciting to planning two Walt Disney World Resort vacations within the span of less than 9 months. My family became Disney Annual Passholders last October for the the same reason. Besides, it's a great excuse to plan extra trips to see Mickey Mouse when your park passes are already paid for. I have great news for you! Your Annual Passes will not go into effect until the first day that you use them. Therefore, even if you purchase them now, the use-year begins in November when you first activate them at a park. Just think, you can plan an extra trip for the fall of 2019 as well to check out the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.

Have fun planning your vacations and enjoy all of the perks of being an Annual Passholder!

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    Wishing you magical memories,

    Kaylene
