we had two tickets that we thought got extended by a year, but trying to access them, the page link is not found

    Hey Stephen!

    Welcome to planDisney!

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble accessing your tickets that you purchased before the closures. As you mentioned, a lot of tickets that were purchased before Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park closed for an extended period of time (non-promotional tickets that expired at the end of 2020 or early 2021) have been extended through December 16, 2021. You'll want to check to see if your tickets were part of the ones that were extended before moving forward.

Some guests have reported issues with re-linking their extended tickets back into their Disney account. It sounds like the system is giving you issues as well. You're going to want to call Ticket Services so that a cast member can assist you with getting those tickets back on your Disney account. Once you get your tickets re-linked, you can go ahead and make a theme park reservation. If your tickets were part of the 2020 SoCal Resident Ticket offer then those tickets would have blockout dates of November 20-27, 2021.

Well Stephen, if you have any more questions just let us know!

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
