Hi Tricia! Welcome to planDisney!
While the dates of your visit may have changed, I bet your level of excitement is still growing by the minute! March is one of my absolute favorite times to visit Walt Disney World Resort. I find that the weather is just right to be able to stroll around the parks (heat exhaustion free) but still warm enough to enjoy some time by your Disney Resort hotel pool.
I know it may be frustrating to change your travel dates, Tricia, but rest assured that it is as easy as can be using the My Disney Experience app. You will first want to check the Theme Park Reservations calendar to ensure that there are still reservations available at Magic Kingdom on your new planned visit date. I would hate for you to go ahead and change your ticket and not be able to visit your preferred park, so this should definitely be your first step!
Once you have checked with the Theme Park Reservation calendar, you can use the My Disney Experience app to change the start date of your ticket by following these simple steps:
- First, click on "Tickets and Passes."
- Click on the ticket you currently have scheduled for February
- Select "Change Ticket"
- Use the calendar to select the new date and follow the prompts to complete the change.
From there, you can go ahead and make a Theme Park Reservation at Magic Kingdom for your new date of arrival, and you are all set!
A day at Magic Kingdom is always such a blast, Tricia. If you get there early enough for breakfast, I highly recommend picking up the Fresh Fruit Waffle Sandwich with berries, bananas and chocolate-hazelnut spread from Sweet Hollow. It is heavenly! Just make sure you get there before 11 a.m. when breakfast ends.
Please stop by again with any other questions you may have! In the meantime, I'll be wishing you an absolutely magical visit to Walt Disney World, Tricia!
Happy Planning,
Diana
