    I have two e tickets that I received as a gift. I am trying to upload them to my account for my visit and it is not letting me continue.

    I am so sorry you are having issues uploading your Disneyland Theme Park Tickets to your My Disneyland Account. My recommendation would be to call 714-781-4636 and speak to a very helpful Cast Member. The great thing is that the Cast Member will have access to your My Disneyland Account and be able to quickly figure out the issue. We want to make sure everything is ready for you to experience the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH with no problems!

    You have probably heard by now that the wait time for Guests when calling the Disneyland Resort has been longer than normal. Because I know your time is very valuable, my recommendation would be to call in the evening. From my experience, I have found the wait time will be much longer when you call in the morning or afternoon.

    I am wishing upon a star you are able to resolve your ticket issue! As you know, exciting announcements are being made all of the time at the Disneyland Resort, and we don't want you to miss a THING! That is why I highly recommend you follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and be sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information.
