But with Theme Park Tickets, My Disney Experience accounts, Disney MagicMobile passes and more, sometimes, the planning process can be as confusing as it is magical. For your girlfriend to download her
Disney MagicMobile pass to her phone, she will have to have her own
My Disney Experience account and the two of you must be connected via your
Family & Friends List. Since you already have her theme park tickets linked to your account, it sounds like the two of you may already be connected, and your planning is off to a practically perfect start.
If your girlfriend's My Disney Experience profile is not correctly linked to you or her tickets, Hakuna Matata! It means "no worries." Just log into your My Disney Experience app, tap the three-line menu icon at the bottom of the screen, scroll down, tap "My Profile" and then "Show My Linking Code." This will give you a unique QR code that your girlfriend can then scan to connect your profiles by logging into her app, tapping the three-line menu icon, then "My Profile," "Family & Friends List," "Add a Guest" and then selecting "Scan their linking code."
Once your two accounts are properly linked via your Family & Friends List, tap the "Tickets and Passes" tile on the app to make sure her account is linked to her tickets. If not, select her ticket and reassign it to the proper profile. Once her tickets are linked to her account, she can log into her My Disney Experience app on her mobile device, tap the "Disney MagicMobile" tile and follow the instructions to customize her Pass and download it to her phone's digital wallet. Now, you should be all set!
