I have two tickets for me and My girlfriend linked to my Disney Account and have mobile passes. I was wandering if these could also be accessible thru my partners account on her phone. If so, How?

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Andrew! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney! I'm so glad you've stopped by with your question.

I am so excited to hear that the magic called you, and you answered the call by planning a magical adventure for you and your girlfriend at The Most Magical Place on Earth. Woohoo! But with Theme Park Tickets, My Disney Experience accounts, Disney MagicMobile passes and more, sometimes, the planning process can be as confusing as it is magical. That's what we at planDisney are here for, and I'm more than happy to help today!

For your girlfriend to download her Disney MagicMobile pass to her phone, she will have to have her own My Disney Experience account and the two of you must be connected via your Family & Friends List. Since you already have her theme park tickets linked to your account, it sounds like the two of you may already be connected, and your planning is off to a practically perfect start.

If your girlfriend's My Disney Experience profile is not correctly linked to you or her tickets, Hakuna Matata! It means "no worries." Just log into your My Disney Experience app, tap the three-line menu icon at the bottom of the screen, scroll down, tap "My Profile" and then "Show My Linking Code." This will give you a unique QR code that your girlfriend can then scan to connect your profiles by logging into her app, tapping the three-line menu icon, then "My Profile," "Family & Friends List," "Add a Guest" and then selecting "Scan their linking code."

Once your two accounts are properly linked via your Family & Friends List, tap the "Tickets and Passes" tile on the app to make sure her account is linked to her tickets. If not, select her ticket and reassign it to the proper profile. Once her tickets are linked to her account, she can log into her My Disney Experience app on her mobile device, tap the "Disney MagicMobile" tile and follow the instructions to customize her Pass and download it to her phone's digital wallet. Now, you should be all set!

If the two of you are still having trouble, I suggest calling a Cast Member with My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ at (407) 939-4357 for technical assistance. They will also be more than happy to help!

I hope this was helpful, Andrew, and I hope the two of you have the most magical and memorable visit to Walt Disney World Resort! Feel free to stop by any time with any questions you may have. You've got a friend in me!

    Adventure is out there!
