I have two tickets 4 Day Park Hopper tickets (1 adult and 1 child) purchased back in 2001. I don’t think I used all the days. How can I check? Can the child be updated to an adult ticket?

    Hi Terrie, welcome to planDisney!

I'm glad to hEAR you're considering a triumphant return to Walt Disney World Resort vacation. The 50th Anniversary Celebration continues through next March, and I encourage you to come bask in the EARidescent glow of Disney Enchantment at Magic Kingdom park and the Beacons of Magic found at each theme park.

Valid admission, a park pass reservation, and a method of entry are currently required for theme park entry. When you log in to your My Disney Experience account online, Terrie, the ticket linking page instructs Guests with tickets purchased before 2010 to call (407) 939-4357 for information about using your tickets. Similarly, in the My Disney Experience mobile app, it states admissions purchased before 2007 require a call to (407) 939-6204. It's safe to say a helpful Cast Member at either of these numbers will be able to answer your questions and assist you with modernizing the magic left in those Park Hopper tickets.

Many folks are answering magic's call to Walt Disney World Resort right now. If you have some time before your anticipated trip dates, I recommend calling after the spring break rush of March and April, when wait times should be lower.

    Plan magic; planDisney.
