I have two tickets assigned to my account. One expires in September and the other only next year. I have a park reservation this month. How can I make sure the one that expires first is used?

    Hi Nathalia!

I'm excited to hear that you have a few visits to Walt Disney World Resort in your future! There's never enough time to experience all of the magic in the theme parks, Disney Resort hotels, and Disney Springs and I'm still finding new things to enjoy each time I visit. Be sure to follow the Disney Parks Blog so you can get info about all of the new and returning experiences you can enjoy during your trips!

Since you have multiple theme park tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account, you will need to prioritize them to ensure that the ticket with the earlier expiration date is used first. To do that, you will need to visit Guest Relations before you enter the theme park for the first time. Simply let them know that you need to prioritize your tickets and they can help you set them up to ensure you use them in the correct order.

I've had multiple theme park tickets linked to my account several times in the past and prioritizing them is quick and easy. Be sure to prioritize your tickets before you enter the theme parks because it's a much easier process than making an adjustment after you have already used one. After you enter the theme park, you can use the My Disney Experience mobile app to double-check that the correct ticket was used if you want some extra peace of mind.

Nathalia, feel free to come back to see us if we can help you again as your trips approach! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
