    I have two special needs kiddos... we had a recent visit with make a wish. Unfortunately both kids got sick during our make a wish so we want to bring them back for a make up trip.. where is the best place to stay that is close to Disney World or in Disney

    Hi Michelle!

    All of the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels are incredible and unique in their own ways, but I do have a few favorites!  Since the Walt Disney World Resort is so spread out, different hotels are near different parks, but personally, I like staying closer to Magic Kingdom Park.  I love being able to see Cinderella Castle and the fireworks from my resort--and sometimes even my room!

    Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, and Disney's Contemporary Resort are all conveniently located on the Resort Monorail loop, so getting to and from Magic Kingdom Park is a breeze!  Disney's Wilderness Lodge is just a short boat ride away from Magic Kingdom Park too.  All of these resorts have their own incredible theming and amazing dining options that are sure to impress!

    If you don't mind staying a little farther from Magic Kingdom Park, check out Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge.  Not only can you eat some amazing food, but there are also animals grazing in the African savanna right outside the rooms!  Also, be sure to check out the extra pixie-dusted Pirate Rooms at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort and Royal Guest Rooms at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside.

    No matter where you choose to stay, you will be close to at least one of the amazing theme parks!  I'm sure that no matter what, your kids will absolutely love the magic of their very special Walt Disney World Vacation!
