Greetings, Rebekah, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It’s great to have you hEAR!
Let the magical trip planning begin! I’m so excited to kick off the planning for your March 2020 getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth! My three kids (ages 3, 5, and 7) all adore
Cars Land, so I can understand why it’s an important part of your planning process. In order to ride
Radiator Springs Racers, your little drivers must be at least 40” (102 cm) or taller. There is no age requirement at this time. I think it’s a great idea to measure your sons ahead of time, as you’re doing, so they won’t be disappointed upon arrival. It’s much harder to be told you can’t go on an attraction when it’s right in front of you!
To reward your little racers after their photo finish, I recommend heading over to Ramone’s Serv-Ice Station, just outside the exit of Radiator Springs Racers. My little Mouseketeers love their refreshing slushies! Choose from delicious flavors, or even mix them up! I also recommend adding fun toppings – my son’s favorite topping is the dinosaur gummy candies!
My 3- and 5-year-old also love
Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree (32” or taller) and
Luigi’s Rollickin’ Roadsters (32” or taller), just down the street from Radiator Springs Racers. Check height requirements and more using
the handy filtering tool on the Attractions page.
Your sons will also get a kick out of fun
Character meet-and-greets in front of the
Cozy Cone Motel. My kids recently had the chance to take a picture with Lightning McQueen, and they had a blast!
Also, be sure to take advantage of the fun photo opportunities throughout Cars Land – you can even ask a
Disney PhotoPass Photographer to take you to the best scenic spots around Radiator Springs! My favorite spot is at the entrance of Ornament Valley, heading toward Cars Land from Pacific Wharf. This spot is breathtaking at sunset!
Please stop by with any additional questions you may have… I’m all EARs!
