Hi, Stephanie!
Thanks for stopping by
planDisney with your question. Have you heard the magical news? The
Disneyland Resort theme parks will soon reopen on April 30, 2021! I’m so excited to get back to the magic this spring.
Theme park tickets are nonrefundable, but the great news is that you still have a chance to visit this year. The expiration date of Southern California Resident Tickets has been extended through December 16, 2021, with the same blockout days of July 4 and November 20-27, 2021. Don’t worry, Stephanie. You may not be able to locate your linked tickets under the “My Disneyland” tab when logged into your account on
Disneyland.com, although there is an option to link tickets via the website. However, if you linked them either online or in the app and you do see them in the “Tickets and Passes” section of the
Disneyland app, you’re all set to make
theme park reservations!
On the home screen of the Disneyland app, you’ll see a section labeled “Park Reservations.” Tap the “Manage or Make Reservations” link and you’ll be taken to the theme park reservations page (the same page you’ll reach if you access the system through Disneyland.com instead). Tap “Book Theme Park Reservation'' to create your party. On the next screen, all your linked tickets should appear and you can select which tickets you want to use to create the reservation. If you follow these steps but don’t see your tickets, I suggest calling (714) 781-4636 to get live assistance from a Cast Member.
I hope this information helps. Please send us more questions as you continue planning your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth, Stephanie!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
