I have two rooms starting 1/17 but we will not be arriving till early morn on the 1/18. We booked the 17th cause we want to be able to get into our rooms as soon as we get there. Who should I notify that we won't actually be arriving till 18th?

    Hello, Courtney!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Booking the rooms for the 17th was an intelligent decision! I did the same thing on my last trip to the Walt Disney World Resort, and it was fantastic to find my room ready when I arrived at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. After emptying my suitcases and showering, I felt like a new woman!

To make sure that my room would be ready and that there were no doubts about my arrival, I called the Walt Disney World Resort to add a note to my reservation. I explained my plans to the Cast Member, and everything was perfect when I arrived. If you do the same, you'll be good to go!

If you're flying, you can also ask them to make Disney's Magical Express reservations for you. They will arrange the best time for your pick up at the Orlando International Airport so that you can start your vacation on a high note!

I hope you have the most magical stay in January, Courtney! If you need any more advice before your trip, please, let us know. It's always a pleasure to help!

May the magic be with you,

    Julie
