Rebecca from TX Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

If you have two rooms can you book restaurants and fast pass activities at the same time online for all parties in both rooms? Or will the reservations be separate?

Hello Rebecca! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

My family vacationed with friends at Walt Disney World Resort who were unsure of how to make it through their first Walt Disney World Resort vacation with their young kids.

After making our room reservations separately, we linked our My Disney Experience Accounts by adding and approving each other to our respective Family and Friends list. At that point, we worked together to book shared FastPass+ selections and Advanced Dining Reservations before the trip.

Once you have linked Guests to your Family and Friends List, you will be able to make FastPass+ Selections(pending availability) for any Guests with valid Theme Park Tickets linked to their accounts up to 60 days before your visit as one of the many benefits for staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.

For Advanced Dining Reservations, you can make a reservation for your entire party at any time, however you can also link specific members on your Family and Friends list into each Advanced Dining Reservation. For dining parties of 6 or more Guests, a gratuity of 18% will be added to the cost of the bill.

If you are hoping for adjoining rooms, be sure to Check-In Online up to 60 days in advance of your vacation and make a special request. Cast Members cannot guarantee to accommodate for adjoining rooms, but I have found that they will use all of the pixie dust they can muster to make an Endlessly Magical vacation for Guests.

    Have a Magical Vacation!
