I have two room reservations and I would like to cancel one of them. I am not sure how to do that. Can you please advise?

    Hello Kelly,

Thanks for stopping in to see us here at planDisney!

If you have a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation that you need to cancel, there's a possibility that you can easily take care of that cancellation online

Simply start by signing in to your My Disney Experience account. You'll want to go to the "My Plans" menu option. You'll see all your plans and theme park tickets that you have linked to your account, including your reservations for your Resort hotel accommodations.

There are some types of room-only reservations that can be cancelled online, and if yours are of this type, you'll see an option to cancel the reservation. If the Resort hotel reservation cannot be cancelled online, you can call the Walt Disney World Resort at (407) 934-7639 to cancel your reservation by phone.

It's great to hear you're planning to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. If you haven't already, you'll want to be sure to purchase your theme park tickets and make your theme park reservations through the Disney Park Pass system.

Enjoy your stay at the Walt Disney World Resort, Kelly. Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
