Hey there, Lindsay! Welcome to
planDisney.
I'm so glad you've stopped by to chit-chat about making
advanced dining reservations. Some of the best places tend to fill up quickly so it's great you are getting prepared now!
Lindsay, when you have two different
Walt Disney World Resort Hotel stays booked you'll need to make advanced dining reservations two different times. Each resort stay acts as its own thing. You'll be able to make advanced dining reservations 60 days prior to your check-in day at the first hotel for the length of your stay and then again 60 days prior to your check-in at the second hotel.
Even though it can be kind of inconvenient to be up that early, I actually like that you get to make your advanced dining reservation twice. It's two shots at that spot you are hoping for. If for some reason, a restaurant is booked up for the first reservation go around, you get another chance!
Both times, you can make your advanced dining reservations online starting at 6:00 a.m. Mickey Mouse's time via your
MyDisneyExperience account. You can also make them over the phone with a Cast Members' assistance starting at 7:00 a.m. by calling 407-WDW-DINE.
I'm sure you have your lineup pretty much set but if you are open to suggestions, I love
The BOATHOUSE at Disney Springs. The restaurant is set right on the lake and provides stunning views of the sun going down over Disney Springs. There is something on the menu for everyone but my go-to order is the lobster roll served warm with butter and I always upgrade to the truffle fries. It's such a great spot.
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions please feel free to stop back by and
ask me.
Good luck!
Jackie H.
