summer at Walt Disney World Resort. Of course, I can just imagine how you must be feeling to have these 2 zip-a-dee-doo-dah trips in your future!
It sure sounds as if you've already been doing some great planning by adding your Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservations to your My Disney Experience account. But Nick, please don't worry if you've made any mistakes when allocating names within your Family and Friends lists! Because I'm more than happy to share that even if you aren't able to make the necessary corrections to get all your ducks in a line, there are some super knowledgeable Cast Members who are always on hand to help!
It's easy to speak in person with a Cast Member by dialling the UK

Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory. At the same time, Cast Members will be able to gain access to any
Ultimate Tickets linked to your account, and then offer the appropriate help and guidance as necessary.
However, prior to calling you may wish to follow these simple steps to at least remove and add some Guest profiles within your
My Disney Experience Family and Friends list -
- Firstly, using a
desktop computer, sign in to your
My Disney Experience account.
- Hover over the
Family and Friends icon and select
View List - Scroll to find the Guest profile you wish to edit and select
Update (on the right-hand side of your screen)
- This opens up a new section where you are able to choose to
Remove From This List option
- To add a new Guest profile, scroll to the foot of the webpage and select
Add a Guest and continue to follow the on-screen prompts
Hopefully, with just a little faith, trust, and pixie dust you'll soon have all the details in your My Disney Experience looking all neat and pretty!
