Ahoy Thalita,
Thank you so much for coming to planDisney with your question! My family has often sailed with friends in other staterooms on Disney Cruise Line. As you are suggesting, we love to link our reservations so that we can dine together in the evenings for the
rotational dining services. This way, we can all do whatever activities are interesting to us during the day, and then come together to share our experiences in the evening.
You can
link your Disney Cruise Line reservations with another party's reservations in a few different ways. Let me offer you some options on how to do so.
You can link reservations using the
Disney Cruise Line website. From there, you will need to log into your account and go to the "Already Booked" tab. You can then select your reservation. From the drop down menu, you can choose "Add and Link Reservations."
Another way that you can link reservations is using the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. To do this, you can choose the reservation that you are wanting to link to. Then, choose the three horizontal lines in the bottom right of the screen labeled "More." On the next screen you will find a button for "Add Reservation."
Finally, if you booked through a travel agent, you can ask your travel agent to link the reservations for you. This is often what I do. You can also
call Disney Cruise Line and speak with a Cast Member there for assistance.
Please note that any way you link reservations, you will need the other party's reservation number, as well as the name and birthdate of one of the guests in that stateroom.
Thalita, I hope that this information is helpful for you! Have a great time planning your magical sailing, and please do feel free to sail on back to planDisney if you have any further questions.
