I have two reservations for a 1 day admission to Magic Kingdom. On one reservation there are 2 people and the other reservation there are 3 for a total of 5 in our party. One person is not going on the trip now. Is there a way to remove them?

    Hi Jennifer,

How fun that you're getting ready to visit "The Most Magical Place on Earth!"

The Disney Park Pass system reservations that you make to visit the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks can be managed through your My Disney Experience account.

When you sign in to your My Disney Experience account, and go to your "My Plans" features, you will see a section for your "Daily Itinerary." This is the area where you will see your theme park reservation displayed as a Disney Park Pass. You should also expect to see a "View Details" button. If you click on the "View Details" button, you'll see an option to cancel the reservation. When you click on the option to cancel the reservation, you'll be prompted to select the person or people for whom you are cancelling the reservation.

You can also cancel your theme park reservations using similar steps in the My Disney Experience mobile app

Jennifer, hopefully these quick steps help you with managing your theme park reservations. If you feel you'd like additional assistance, you can contact the Walt Disney World Resort Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357, or you can contact them through the online chat service.

Here's wishing you lots of wonderful fun when you visit the Walt Disney World Resort!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
