Hello. Two questions. With Park hopper ticket how do you get from animal kingdom to Epcot? My car will be parked at animal kingdom? If I leave the park with my car, will I be able to come back without paying parking again?

    Hi Donna,

    Welcome to planDisney!

I love your Park Hopping plans here!

You will be happy to know that, currently, the Parking Guidelines state that guests only need to pay for one parking pass per day and that pass will be good for all four theme parks. So, you could drive to EPCOT and park there. This is probably the best option so that you can just leave from EPCOT in your car.

On a recent visit, I needed to quickly get from Disney's Hollywood Studios to EPCOT, so I called a ride share service (Lyft or UBER). If you wanted to leave your car at Disney's Animal Kingdom to park hop to EPCOT, you could also try Disney Minnie Van™ Service Connected by Lyft. On another visit, I also noted that there was a direct bus from one park to the other. So, you can certainly check to see if that is available on the day of your visit. When you arrive, just check the bus transportation sign outside of the main park entrance. While I love Walt Disney World® Bus Service, I will use a ride share service if I have limited time to get from one place to another.

If you decide to leave your car at Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park, check the theme park hours to be sure you return to get it by park closing. As you make plans, I do hope you have considered where you will dine on this fabulous park hopping day. At Disney's Animal Kingdom, we love lunch at Yak & Yeti™ Restaurant and at EPCOT, we love dinner at Coral Reef Restaurant and La Hacienda de San Angel.

Donna, I hope this helps! Happy planning!

    Magic and memories,
