Hello. I have two questions, my son is 2 when we come will I have to bring his passport or anything into the parks to prove his age? Also I need to apply for das for my 6 year old, is there anything is need to bring or provide for that?

Magical greetings, Molly, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for asking your question about documentation needed for your kids. I'm thrilled to help you.

It sounds like you're already aware that kids under the age of 3 are considered to be Guests of Mickey Mouse and don't require a theme park ticket at Walt Disney World. You'll be happy to know that proof of age typically isn't requested, yet if your son looks mature for his age, it's possible a Cast Member may ask how old he is. Feel free to bring his passport with you if it will make you more comfortable.

Now that we have your 2 year-old sorted, let's get your 6 year-old taken care of. Once you've arrived in the US, you'll need to register for the Disability Access Service (DAS) by requesting a live video chat. You and your 6 year-old will speak with a Cast Member to determine eligibility and discuss recommended services with you. If DAS is provided, the Cast Member will complete the registration process with you, which includes having a photo taken of your child. The DAS registration will be for your child and up to 3 Guests.

On the day of your theme park visit, you can request return times for attractions that use Lightning Lane queues right in the My Disney Experience Mobile App. Once you've experienced the attraction, you can request a return time for another attraction and so forth and so on throughout the day. There are a few things to keep in mind. You can only have one active return time at any given time, and your child will need to ride each attraction for which a return time is requested.

Molly, I hope you have a fantastic trip! Please visit us again soon if you have any other questions we can help with.

    Grab hold of your dreams!
