Two questions 1: how can I request a certain floor and room at my hotel 2: how can I add a birthday to my reservation Thanks

    Hi Ronald,

Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel.

It's great that you're planning your Walt Disney World vacation! It's especially fun to hear that there will be a birthday celebration during your stay. A Walt Disney World vacation is always a perfect place for marking special occasions.

The My Disney Experience tool does offer an Online Check-in feature that supports making room requests, though that feature isn't available just now. It's quite possible that the feature will become available as your reservation time gets closer, so it's worth checking back. My best suggestion for adding room requests is to call 407-560-CHAT (2428) to speak with a Cast Member in the Walt Disney World Resort Reservations department to have them put the request on your reservation. They can also make note of special occasions you're celebrating.

Ronald, if you have more questions as you make your vacation plans, please just let us know here at Disney Parks Moms Panel. We're here to help.

Here's wishing you a magical stay for your Walt Disney World vacation.

    Enjoy your Disney!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
