I have two questions.... I've read about pressed pennies. What is the scoop? Also, how do I get Disney Dollars? I am in Canada and would love to have for some fun build up before our trip in January.

Hi Karen! Pressed penny machines take a penny (and some quarters to operate it) and basically flatten it, but in the process it comes out with a new design and at Walt Disney World it is a Disney design! A lot of guests, especially children like to collect them, and they are inexpensive. I suggest trying to get Disney dollars at a Disney store in Canada. However, I have not been able to do that at the Disney Store near my house for many years now. You can pick them up, however, at Guest Relations in a theme park or Downtown Disney. You can also usually get them at your Disney hotel front desk. I hope this helps. Write back if you have any more questions!
