Welcome Naomi! Thanks for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Strollers are very important for families vacationing with little ones at WDW. They will make your days at the parks a lot easier.
And I have good news.
Complimentary resort transportation at the
Walt Disney World Resort allows you to take strollers on. If you are traveling by bus, boat or train, strollers will need to be completely folded up. If you are taking the monorail and it is not a busy time, I have seen families that prefer leaving their strollers open and the kids in them.
Regarding park tickets for your nephew, if he is already 3 years old, he will need a valid
theme park ticket to enter the parks. All guests age 3 or over will need to have a theme park ticket. There is one exception, if he is 2 years old when you arrive at WDW and will have his birthday during your vacation, then he won’t need park tickets.
Hope this helps your planning. Please, come back to visit us again if you have additional questions.
Have a magical day!
