    I have two questions about the Disney Minnie Vans with Lyft. 1) Are there vans that would accommodate a motorized scooter and 2) Could the Minnie Van transport you and luggage to another hotel if you are switching disney hotels during your stay?

    Hello James, and thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

     I absolutely love traveling around the Walt Disney World Resort by Minnie Van. Rocking the Dots is the most stylish way to travel. I used the ECV accessible Minnie Van while on a recent trip a couple of months ago. You may need to have a Cast Member request the ECV accessible vehicle if that option is not available in the Lyft app. You can even remain on your ECV during transport. The Minnie Van can accommodate up to three additional passengers in the van along with the person riding the ECV. I have spoken with a Cast Member and they have confirmed that if you have more than four people in your party, a second Minnie Van can be requested at no extra cost.

    Since there is a special lift in the van to assist the ECV, there is not much room to transport luggage. But there is no need to take your luggage with you when you transfer to your new resort. You can notify Bell services the day before you check out of your first resort that you would like to have your bags transferred to your new resort. A Cast Member will pick up your luggage at your designated time, tag your bags and like magic, it will be waiting for you at your new resort when you arrive. You can also bring your bags directly to Bell Services as well. If you have any other questions, please stop by and visit us again.
