We are with two person, but really would like to try the kitchen sink dessert and the smores baked alaska (serves four) in Disney World. Is it possible to order it if we pay the full price (if you have a big appetite)?

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Vera!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by and are honored to help you plan your upcoming trip to Disney World! Get ready for a trip filled with laughter, MAGIC, and some of the most unforgettable food experiences you’ll ever have. Whether you’re strolling hand-in-hand down Main Street U.S.A. or hunting for the perfect snack at Disney Springs, there’s something extra special about sharing those Disney moments as a couple. And speaking of sharing, let’s talk about those legendary desserts you’ve got your eye on because you’re about to embark on one seriously sweet adventure.

I must say that you two are clearly my kind of Disney food adventurers! The short answer is...YES!  You absolutely can order those epic desserts, even as a couple, as long as you’re willing to pay the full price. No dessert police are going to swoop in and stop you from living your sweetest dreams!

Let’s start with the Kitchen Sink at Beaches & Cream Soda Shop over at the Beach Club Resort. This retro-themed diner looks like something straight out of the 1950s. Think pastel colors, chrome accents, and the smell of waffle cones wafting through the air. The Kitchen Sink is their legendary dessert with eight scoops of ice cream, every topping they have, and a sprinkle of pure Disney drama. When it’s served, the lights flash, the staff announces it to the whole room, and everyone cheers. It’s over-the-top, messy, and so much fun — the perfect date-night bragging rights moment.

Then, head over to The BOATHOUSE at Disney Springs for the elegant counterpart to that ice cream mayhem: the S’mores Baked Alaska. This dessert is a work of art, featuring a stacked combination of toasted meringue, chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker, all melting into a mountain of melty goodness. It’s rich, it’s dramatic, and it’s just as photo-worthy as it is delicious. The BOATHOUSE itself sits right on the water, surrounded by vintage boats and the occasional Amphicar cruising by. It’s classy yet relaxed, with some of the best seafood and steak on property. It's also the perfect place to end your evening on a sweet (and slightly toasty) note.

So yes, go for it! Just bring your appetite and sense of adventure, and consider planning a long walk around Crescent Lake or Disney Springs afterward. After all, when it comes to Disney desserts, “too much” is just enough.

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

    Have a MAGICAL day!
