Hi Shelli!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Ooooh, how exciting that you'll be visiting Walt Disney World Resort with a group of your favorite pals! While you're all busying resEARching and making your daily plans, keep tabs on the
Disney Parks Blog so you won't miss out on a minute of the new and now at the Most Magical Place on Earth.
I'm so sorry that your group had a slight mix-up. Not to worry as these things happen, and actually you do have a few options. Technically once a
MagicBand has been assigned to a guest in their
My Disney Experience Profile, even prior to its first use at a Disney Theme Park, that band is now connected to its person for Happily Ever After. And, kind of along that same line, once even one day of a
Disney Theme Park Admission Ticket has been used, that ticket belongs to that guest for the remainder of the trip, and unfortunately cannot share admissions with another guest.
Now, hEARs what can be done: The two in your group who purchased the three-day tickets can upgrade their passes to match whichever tickets the rest of your group holds. This can be done by calling the Walt Disney World Resort ticket line at (407) 566-4985 or in person at a
Guest Relations location once you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort. Pro Tip: If you are not planning on visiting a Disney Theme Park on your arrival day, head to the Guest Relations location at
Disney Springs. This office is usually open quite late in the evening, and after you get everything settled you'll be in the middle of the ultimate shopping, dining and entertainment district. You'll even have direct
Disney Resort Bus Transportation from and back to your
Disney Resort Hotel.Another option is the two who only purchased three-day tickets and do want to go to Epcot can swap their unused tickets with the duo who want to sit this park out anytime between now and minutes before walking into your first Disney Theme Park. A Ticketing Cast Member might be able to do this for you over the phone, or they can walk you through how to do this in your My Disney Experience account or even your
My Disney Experience Mobile App. But this should be no problem at all to swap these tickets in person upon your arrival at a Guest Relations Location.
I hope this helped clEAR things up a bit and allow for your group to better plan your upcoming Disney Days, Shelli. Please don't hesitate to reach back out to us with any more planning questions you may have, and We'll See You Real Soon!
