I have a two part question. First wanted to find out where I can get gluten free menus for WDW restaurants. I also wanted to know about Gluten free snack locations ?

    Hello, Michelle,

Walt Disney World does an amazing job accommodating special diets for guests; when you make any table reservations, you'll want to include a notation about needing gluten free food choices.

However, I realize you'd like to see more details about the gluten-free food offerings. Since the space is limited here, it may be best to contact Walt Disney World at directly to provide you with both gluten free menus and a list of gluten free snack items/locations.

I'd also encourage you to visit and do a search for gluten free; you'll find a nice assortment of articles to help you with your dining plans.

Please let us know if we can help again; thank you for visiting the 2012 Walt Disney World Moms Panel.
