Welcome to planDisney, Juhwan!
As
Walt Disney World continues its phased reopening of its theme parks and
Walt Disney World Resort hotels, some Guests have had to make changes in their travel plans--yours truly included--and this may include reassigning tickets to other travelers.
Thankfully, through the magic of Disney, reassigning wholly unused theme park tickets is a breeze. When I've done this in the past, I simply made sure that the other folks to whom I was reassigning unused tickets were linked in My Family & Friends List in
My Disney Experience. At that point, you can head over to the "My Disney Experience" tab on the Walt Disney World website (to the far right, near the top), and click on "My Plans". There, those tickets that you've purchased should be listed under "Tickets & Memory Maker", and you should be able to reassign them to anyone with whom you have permission to plan.
At that point, those lucky
Theme Park Ticket holders will be able to make their park reservations in the
Disney Park Pass System, enabling them to enter the park of their choosing each day. For additional details about reassigning theme park tickets, check out this great link to
Tickets - Frequently Asked Questions.
Again, reassigning wholly unused theme park tickets is a very easy process, so your friend will be able to enjoy those tickets on your behalf. (What a great friend you are!) Be sure to tell that friend to download the very handy
My Disney Experience mobile app, too, so that they can keep track of all of their plans as they tour The Most Magical Place on Earth.
Remember to send us additional questions as you think of them, too, Juhwan. We love to help!
