Two members of my party will require the new Disability Access Passes for our next visit to WDW. I know that they can be obtained at Guest Services in each park. Can they also be obtained at Guest Services in Disney Springs (aka Downtown Disney)? Thanks

    Hello, Derrick!

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with an excellent question. Unfortunately, the Guest Relations location at Disney Springs cannot issue Disability Access Service (DAS) to Guests. You will need to visit a theme park Guest Relations Main Entrance location to request this service. Here are the locations where Cast Members can assist you with your DAS request:
              • City Hall at Magic Kingdom
              • The Guest Relations lobby (near the Main Entrance) at Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park
              • The Guest Relations lobby (near the turnstiles) at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
              • The Guest Relations lobby (near Spaceship Earth) at Epcot

Be sure that all members of your party are present when you request DAS as it is now electronically associated with your theme park admission media (tickets or MagicBands).

I hope this helps. Please visit us again should you have additional questions.

    Have a magical day!
