Hiya, John!
It seems you have quite the Disneyland Resort adventure planned! Actually, I’m impressed that only two of the 25 groups aren’t aligned. Good job with getting nearly everybody in line!
Ticket booth Cast Members have the same pool of
theme park reservations to work with as you see on the online
theme park availability calendar. While you might be lucky enough to have some pixie dust tossed your way, I recommend assuming that reservations cannot be adjusted at the resort. For more information, you may call the Disneyland Resort
Group Getaways phone line at 714-520-5004.
To modify theme park reservations on your own, visit the “
My Theme Park Reservations” page to select only the dates and individual reservations to cancel. Theme park reservation availability can fluctuate, so it is best to act quickly to avoid the possibility of ending up without any reservation. As soon as you can, return to the “My Theme Park Reservations” to book new reservations for the other park.
Tony’s Tip: Theme Park Reservations are made for one starting theme park. Guests with Park Hopper tickets may begin hopping to the other park beginning at 1:00 PM. Consult the
Disneyland Resort hours to verify any changes to park hopping times. As long as the Guest uses their
theme park ticket to enter the reserved park first, they can hop to the other park during those times. In most cases, One Park Per Day tickets can be upgraded to Park Hopper tickets at the ticket booths, if needed. Although your groups might be in separate parks in the morning, park hopping may allow everyone to enter the same park at least for the bulk of the day from the early afternoon on.
I understand the frustration of getting everyone on the same page. But you really should be proud to have helped nearly everyone get into the right reservations, John. I’m wishing upon a star that you will find the desired reservation availability for your groups to all attend the same Disneyland Resort theme park.
Good luck!
~Tony
