It sounds like you’ve been doing a great job managing tickets and plans for your group—go you! But if someone in your party isn’t seeing their ticket in their own
My Disney Experience app, there’s a good chance it’s because of how their profile was originally set up.
What might've happened (and trust me, you’re not alone!) is that when you added them to your plans in the app, you might’ve created a managed profile for them, meaning one that’s completely controlled by you. In that case, their ticket would show up under your account, but not in their own app, because the profile you created for them isn’t officially connected to their personal My Disney account yet.
To fix this, you'll want to speak to a friendly Cast Member as soon as possible. They will help you link the accounts you created for your friends to their own My Disney accounts in no time! You can reach them through the Chat within the app itself, or
by calling the App and MagicBand Support hotline.
