Hiya Thummakkundu - welcome to
planDisney!
Mickey certainly does have some exciting
Special Offers exclusively for Florida Residents, including special pricing on Multi-Day Theme Park Tickets!
Theme Park Tickets are usually nonrefundable and nontransferable, and while those policies do apply, you should be able to apply the value of the unused tickets you've already purchased to the purchase of new tickets. I do not believe you will be eligible to receive any refund for the difference in price, but you may be able to use that value towards add-ons, such as the Park Hopper Option, Water Park & Sports Option, or even towards an additional day on your new ticket!
This is not something that you will be able to take care of yourself online or via the My Disney Experience Mobile App, so I recommend
calling and speaking to a Cast Member from the Existing Tickets line to learn more about your options. Before you call, be sure to have all records associated with your original ticket purchase handy to help the Cast Member understand your situation. If you've already made your
Park Pass Reservations, you will want to get clarification from the Cast Member about whether you will lose those reservations as part of the process.
As a Florida Resident, you might live near the Walt Disney World Resort. If so, you can also stop by the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs to learn more about your options. Parking is complimentary, and you can also enjoy some shopping and dining. I see you're visiting soon, so you could also enjoy the
Disney Springs Christmas Tree Stroll!
I hope this information is helpful -
please stop by again with any additional questions!
