Two fireworks shows at closing time (Studios and Epcot) can you stay without extended hour priveledge?

Hey Howdy Hey Belinda Lee and welcome to planDisney!

No matter the park, I feel that a day in a Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park is not complete without the viewing of a nighttime show. They are all such spectacular displays of fireworks and visual effects paired perfectly with storylines and our favorite music from the movies we love, they are just something special you cannot experience anywhere else! I love that for Walt Disney World Resorts' 50th Anniversary Celebration they created two brand new nighttime shows to celebrate the evenings in a next-level experience. Currently, the nighttime shows are Harmonious in EPCOT and Disney Enchantment in Magic Kingdom.

Now one of the many perks about visiting a Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park is your ticket to these spectacular shows to cap off your night. As long as you have an admission ticket, these nighttime shows usually are performed close to, if not at, closing time. So as long as you are there, you will have access to viewing these shows. The Extended Evening Hours do apply to Guests staying at a Deluxe Resort but are specific to attractions after the parks close, not the fireworks.

One thing that I did want to let you know, currently the nighttime shows in Hollywood Studios are still not being performed. Never fear though, as there have been announcements that our beloved Fantasmic! will be returning sometime in 2022. Keep an eye on Disney Parks Blog for the latest updates on any news for these developments!

I hope this information is helpful and I hope you continue to have great fun planning out your next trip to visit us in the Vacation Kingdom of the World! Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Happy planning,
