We have two family members who require scooters. How do we park, and secure scooters for our day at epcot?

    Hello Pam!

Thank you for stopping by planDisney with a great question. I am so excited for you to join the World’s Most Magical Celebration in just a few weeks.

I am a Guest with mobility issues and I use an electric conveyance vehicle or ECV to assist me in getting around the parks too. Whether you choose to rent ECVs when you arrive at EPCOT or rent from a Disney Featured Provider, you will be able to use any of the accommodations for Guests with mobility issues.

Several attractions and experiences will allow you to remain in your ECV while enjoying them. While other experiences will require to you transfer from your ECV to a ride vehicle to experience them. When you are required to transfer, a Cast Member will assist you with parking the ECV near the ride exit that is convenient after your ride experience. I would suggest removing all valuables and the operation key from your ECV and either taking them with you or leaving them with a non-rider. If you are dining at a full-service restaurant, some locations have ECV & stroller parking. You can check with the Cast Member during reservation check-info the best location to leave your ECV if you choose to. Remember to take your key and all valuables with you.

If you have any more questions regarding guests with disabilities, please do not hesitate to reach out to the Disability Services Team at (407) 560-2547 or email disability.services@disneyparks.com for anything else you may need. Have a magical time.

    See ya real soon,
