Hi Charlene,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It sounds as if you are planning on creating some wonderful memories!
Good news - you can certainly share Memory Maker. All you need to do is to make sure that your family member and you are connected through the "My Family & Friends List" in My Disney Experience. Once you connect, make sure you have selected the option to share PhotoPass photos. Once you purchase Memory Maker, be sure to link it to your My Disney Experience Account.
When you take photos with Disney PhotoPass photographers, make sure the photographer scans your MagicBand. The photos should automatically populate in your My Disney Experience Account. If photos are missing, stop by a PhotoPass service center in one of the parks. As long as you remember the general location where the photo was taken and the time of the photo, a cast member should be able to locate the photo(s). If you notice missing photos after you leave the Walt Disney World Resort, call
Disney PhotoPass Services at 407-560-4300. When I have called in the past, cast members have been able to locate photos for me. On one occasion, the cast member had to submit a ticket and someone else had to do a more extensive search. But they found it! I received an email a day or two later saying the photo had been linked to My Disney Experience Account. It was an important photo because it was the first ride our girls had ridden at Walt Disney World all by themselves!
Charlene, just check your My Disney Experience Account periodically throughout the day to make sure all of your photos are populating. The first time we bought Memory Maker, we had just over 100 photos at the end of our trip. On our last visit, we had over 200. Now, we know how to pose!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
