Hi Lisa,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question!
When I visit Walt Disney World Resort with people who’ve never had the chance to visit before, or with princess-obsessed little girls, we usually have one meal at
Cinderella’s Royal Table. Typically, the “lead guest” on the dining reservation has their credit card charged for all Guests on the reservation, including those who have chosen to purchase a
Disney Dining Plan for their vacation.
From what I understand, some Guests have been able to call Disney Dining and to use their Disney Dining Plan entitlements to prepay for their meal, without using a credit card. From what I understand, that transaction can take some time (and patience!) to perform, and that would be especially true in your case if the Cast Member will need to take Dining Plan entitlements from several different
Disney Resort Hotel Packages. I’d recommend that you
contact Walt Disney World Resort and ask them whether this will be possible for your reservation. They’ll be happy to try to help!
Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.
Have a Magical Day,
Lynne
