We are two families traveling together 4 kids total ages 8 to 2. Are there resorts preferably on property that have multi bedroom options so we can stay together but have enough room for 4 adults and 4 kids?

    Hi Sarah,

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. Taking a vacation to Walt Disney World with another family can be so much fun! Having a bigger group is great, and you can break down into different smaller groups sometimes based on ages or interests.

Take a look at the deluxe villa resorts. These resorts offer spacious accommodations with fabulous amenities. For your group, I suggest looking at a two-bedroom villa. These sleep up to eight or nine guests, so your party will fit comfortably. You will have a living space, full kitchen, and washer and dryer right in your villa! I find these amenities to be wonderful when traveling. All of the deluxe villa resorts are great, but let me share a couple of my favorites.

Consider Disney's BoardWalk Villas. The resort has a fun seaside theme, and is very close to both Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios. I like Disney's BoardWalk Villas so much that it is my home resort with Disney Vacation Club! I also really enjoy a stay at Disney's Old Key West Resort. This resort has a laid-back Florida Keys feeling, and the villas are incredibly spacious. For a real treat, take a look at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa at a treehouse villa. These stand-alone villas offer three bedrooms in a lovely, quiet setting. My family recently shared one with another family and we had a wonderful time. We spent many evenings cooking dinner and enjoying each other's company in our treehouse.

Please let us know if you have any further questions, Sarah.
