Two families will be traveling together in February 2023. Will there be a way to arrange dining for both groups at the same table since we won't be using the same account? Thank you.

Hello there, Gary! Thanks for cruising on over to planDisney. Welcome!

I'm happy to hear that you'll be traveling with friends or family next February. I always enjoy sharing the magic of a Disney Cruise with loved ones. I'm happy to report that you can link your staterooms together for planning purposes. This will signal to Disney Cruise Line that you are a party traveling together and they will arrange for your party to be seated together throughout your voyage.

To begin, this can be accomplished in either the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or on the Disney Cruise Line website. From the Navigator app, sign in to your reservation. Then, click the three horizontal lines on the bottom right-hand side of the screen labeled "More". Click "Add Reservation" right below the waving Captain Mickey. You will need to provide the last name, birth date, and reservation number of a guest in the stateroom with which you would like to connect.
To do this on the Disney Cruise Line website, simply head to the website homepage and hover over the "Already Booked" tab in the right-hand corner. Next, click "My Reservations" under the "My Disney Cruise" heading and log in to your reservation. Once logged in, find your sailing information and select "Add Reservations".

Once you have officially been connected in this way, you can also make dining reservations at the adult-exclusive restaurants onboard or book activities together. Depending on the size of your sailing crew, you may wish to plan one or two group activities for each day. It's nice to have some unplanned time during your sailing where everyone can find activities that they love. Then, you can join together at dinner to share the stories of the adventures you have each had.

The daily activity schedule is listed in the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app and can be viewed once you step aboard the ship. The app even has a chat feature so that you can stay in touch with your sailing party onboard. You may want to send a message to everyone in your crew when it's time to meet up for ice cream by the pool. That's about every afternoon between lunch and dinner for my family!

Have a magical time aboard the Disney Cruise Line!
