Two families staying in OKW villa for 14 days - one will arrive a day later. When family one checks in will they be given all the Key to the World cards or will family two get theirs when they arrive (all in same villa - we are picking up from airport)?

    Howdy Lyn!

2 weeks at Walt Disney World?!?!?  WOW!!  SO EXCITED FOR YOU!  Disney's Old Key West Resort will be perfect for your extended family vacation!  You will love all of the space and the tranquil atmosphere of Old Key West will be the perfect setting for your home away from home.

I spoke with a Cast Member at Old Key West and was told that the second family would receive their keys the day they check-in due to the fact everyone has to show identification.

Your particular situation is unique so I would encourage you to contact Old Key West directly at (407) 827-7700.  Explain the details of your reservation and ask them what can be done to make check-in smooth and efficient for both families.

Thank you for your question and please let me know if you need any further information.  Have a magical day!
