Have two families lunch requests at Be our Guest in Feb. says cannot split ticket on preorder. How does each family use their dining plan or does one family have to use the credits for both families. Tks

Hi Elaine! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You have a lot of fun plans in the works with your large party traveling together! That is going to be so much fun! I know you all must be excited to make many special memories on this vacation.

Since the two families on your Be Our Guest Restaurant reservation have separate Disney Dining Plans, I assume that you also have separate My Disney Experience accounts (although you probably have them linked to help with planning your trip together). Even though you are on the same dining reservation, each party should be able to use their separate My Disney Experience account to order their meal in advance and then use their own dining plan to pay for the meal when you each arrive. If you are still unable to make separate orders, I recommend calling Disney Dining directly at (407) 939-1947 and speak with a Cast Member.

Enjoy your meal in Beast's Castle, Elaine! Make sure to get The Master's Cupcake so you can get a taste of the "Grey Stuff," because as they say, it really is delicious! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
