Hiya, Joy!
Welcome Home and welcome to planDisney, neighbor! Oh boy, how wonderful that you have two contracts for
Disney Vacation Club. My parents have
multiple contracts as well, and it just means you can maximize the magic of Membership even more!
Joy, when you make a reservation on the Disney Vacation Club website using your Vacation Points, the system automatically assigns you a new reservation number for that reservation. In this case, you would have two separate reservation numbers if you use your two Memberships to make two reservations, even if they are at the same Resort and room type. It's not possible to merge them this way. If you book your Disney Vacation Club Room this way, you can call Disney Vacation Club who can
request on the accounts that the two reservations are the same party so you don't have to check out and check back in and/or be moved to a different room even with the same view.
However, if you are listed as a Member on both contracts, there is another option! In this case, as long as your name is the same on both Memberships, you can call
Disney Vacation Club Member Services. What they can do is
transfer your Vacation Points from one Membership to the other, so that you would then have enough Vacation Points to book one room. In this case, you would have one reservation for your stay and not need to check out and check back in for the second reservation.
I hope this helps you, Joy! If you have any additional Disney Vacation Club questions, stop back and
see me here and I'll be so happy to help you, neighbor.
See ya real soon!
Keri
