Hi Priya, welcome to planDisney!
Your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation will be here before you know it. You have picked a great time to visit as the
EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival will be in full bloom and the
50th Anniversary Celebration continues to immerse all
four parks in a festive, EARidescent glow.
The number of Guests answering the call to Walt Disney World Resort during The World's Most Magical Celebration currently appears to be higher than the number of helpful Cast Members answering the calls. I, too, have experienced the lengthy wait times you are describing and understand how frustrating it can be. Unfortunately, the act of merging two My Disney Experience accounts does need to be handled by a Cast Member's magic wand. Your best number to call is the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands number, or (407) 939-4357. As a teacher, I most often call in the evenings while doing chores or right at 7:00 a.m. on weekends.
If an extended wait time is not feasible before your trip, another option is to visit one of the
Guest Relations windows located outside the entrance of each theme park and at Disney Springs. We had to do this recently to merge duplicate My Disney Experience profiles that were accidentally created for my children. The Guest Relations windows outside of the theme parks typically open one hour before park opening. In the meantime, I would continue
linking and adding vacation entitlements to the account associated with the e-mail address you plan to continue using for your My Disney Experience account.
I regret that my magic wand cannot do more for your specific situation, Priya. Rest assured the Cast Member you connect with will be more than happy to assist you in any way they can. Cast Members are
the heart of the magic and I can't wait for you to meet them!
Choose magic,
Jennifer
