Hi! I have two Disney Experience accounts and would like to delete one. I have a reservation linked to the account I want deleted.

    Hi Jill! Welcome to planDisney.

You're going to Walt Disney World! I'm excited to see you're planning a springtime visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth. I just love spring around the theme parks and resorts, with the beautiful weather, gorgeous landscaping, and Florida skies. Bring on pastel everything and all the pretty treats!

You will need to call and speak with a Cast Member at the My Disney Experience Help Desk. They can merge your two My Disney Experience accounts and delete the unused account. This will also ensure your reservation stays linked to the correct account. Please call (407) 939-4357 between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. EST and a friendly Cast Member will be happy to assist. Please know that hold times have been longer than usual, but please be patient. I like to brew up a cup of tea or coffee and browse the Disney Parks Blog and update my Disney to-do list while I wait.

Jill, once you have your account just the way you want it, you'll be ready to make your plans. Have you heard about Disney Genie Service? This brand-new feature allows you to plan your Disney Day to ensure all your favorite attractions, experiences, and dining are built-in. This Disney Parks Blog article explains how it all works, and I recommend logging in to your My Disney Experience mobile app, tapping "My Genie Day" and then following the prompts to get started with Disney Genie.

Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your question! We're here to help if you have any further questions as you plan and dream.

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Robyn
