Walt Disney World Resort, it's definitely possible to have too much of a good thing –– like being stuck with one too many My Disney Experience accounts. I'm sorry that you're having trouble, but I'm happy to help you troubleshoot the issue to make things a little easier as you plan your next visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth.
I actually had this same issue several years ago –– while I had originally created a
My Disney Experience account with one email address, once I started using that address less and less, I decided to "simplify" things and create an account with a new email address. Unfortunately, however, since the old address was still tied to my Disney Vacation Club Membership, it just made things more complicated (isn't technology funny that way, sometimes?). The great news, though, is that with a quick call to Guest Services, I was able to merge those two accounts into one, which is what I recommend for you, too. To do this, you'll want to give the
Walt Disney World Website Support Line a call at (407) 939-4357. Just be sure to have your information for both accounts handy before placing the call to help the Cast Member that you speak with access your accounts and speed things up.
